Curzon’s Calamity
Bejal is on the loose! For those of you who missed it, Curzon performed the ancient trill ritual, the zhian’tara, in order to contact Praxx’s (Curzon's symbiont) previous hosts to find out more about the objective of Section 31’s insidious plot. Curzon contacted Odan, his second host, only to find that Odan was not able to reveal enough information on what Section 31 had extracted from Praxx’s memories. However, during the ceremony someone else was also contacted! Bejal, Praxx’s first host who was a viciously ruthless bounty hunter, was accidentally released and “possessed” Resz!!! Resz, under Bejal’s control, killed the trill priestess who was overseeing the ceremony and escaped with no intention of returning… Our desperate hero’s have turned to an equally ruthless bounty hunter, Kimzi the Butcher, to track down the wayward apparition and return her to Praxx so that Section 31’s evil plans can be revealed!
Curzon’s Saga So Far…
If you are new to our community, Curzon is a lovable but rugged Trill who seems to be the glue that holds our mosaic of hero’s together. This seemingly simple federation warrior spends his time at Drozana and Quark’s when he’s not hunting undine, fighting Borg, or saving his friends from a never ending tide of impending doom! Suddenly Curzon’s life was changed, when he was ordered by high ranking Starfleet officers to surrender Praxx, Curzons symbiont, to unidentified and shady Starfleet operatives. Things took a turn for the worst when Praxx, and any record of the strange Starfleet declaration, suddenly vanished leaving Curzon to die if his symbiont was not soon returned. His loyal friends T’Manda, his blood brother D’Rek, Admiral Ramsey and a mysterious crystalline alien named Ja’Nei decided to intervene and rescue Praxx at all costs before it was too late… D’Rek tracked down Lexy, a powerful Betazoid involved in the incident, and convinced her to reveal the location of Curzon’s symbiont while being chased by mysterious Starfleet officers. With this precious info in hand, our heroes banded together and stormed a secret facility deep in uncharted space! This facility was being run by rogue Starfleet personnel who were soon revealed to be none other than the infamous Section 31. After an epic battle, the stolen symbiont was recovered and returned to it’s loving host, Curzon. Ja’Nei used her powerful mental abilities, native only to her long lost people, to question one of the dying Starfleet spies. She uncovered a terrible plot that showed a misguided Section 31 stealing precious memories from Praxx for use in a doomsday weapon that would make the Federation the most feared organization in the galaxy. What is this terrible weapon? What does Section 31 plan to do with the misappropriated memories? What can our small band of protagonists possible do to stop such a powerful and secretive organization?
Timper’s Temper
This past week Timper was introduced to the woman who seems to draw mischief and mayhem like a moth to flame! T’Manda and Timper exchanged epic introductions that quickly landed T’Manda in the brig, and made Timper think twice about engaging in casual conversation! Although Timper is as high up as a character can go in the Starfleet universe, he was frustrated to find T’Manda released from her confinement with little more than a slap on her wrist. As T’Manda smirked at his attempts to finally teach her some humility and discipline, he realized that this enigmatic woman has friends in high places…
M’lara’s Marriage
Timper has a lot on his plate this month, as he balances the difficulties of his career, his new found friends and his out of control love life! A young Klingon-Human woman has aggressively claimed the towering Cardassian‘s heart, and he has very little to say in the matter. After knowing each other for a short time, Timper asked M’lara to marry him. To make matters worse, M’lara’s father is a disapproving and influential Federation diplomat obsessed with his Klingon culture and conservative traditions. Due to opposition from people in both their lives, they decided to have a secret wedding free from prying and judgmental eyes. Just as they plan to make their new found romance a reality, a pair of gray skinned Klingons enter the scene with a mysterious and ominous agenda…
T’Manda’s Troubles
Our misunderstood and enigmatic heroine seems to get involved in everyone else’s danger, but she still has to face dangers from her own perilous past. For those of you who don’t know, T’Manda is a Romulan-Human who fled Romulan space at a young age and lived with her human mother and her human uncle in federation space. This unscrupulous uncle is a vile creature who abused T’Manda and her mother out of selfish and racist motives. T’Manda and her mother eventually escaped this danger and Starfleet locked this evil man away for a long time. Unfortunately, “a long time” is not long enough, and he was recently released and he is FAR from rehabilitated. Despite being protected by D’Rek and his blood oath brothers Curzon and Zhod son of K’Mura, T’Manda was almost assassinated at Drozana by an evil mercenary sent by her villainous uncle. Although she survived, and D’Rek killed the assassin, her vile uncle survives and continues to secretly stalk the outspoken Romulan. To make matter worse, other distant demons from her secretive past are beginning to surface as she tries to balance the needs of her friends and the dangers that seem to be around every corner
D’Reks Dark Past…
To most D’Rek is an outgoing and sometimes annoyingly awkward Klingon warrior who is a regular at Drazona and DS9. He is a reckless Klingon captain stationed on the neutral zone and somehow finds a way to frequent Federation space. Although he is a famous starship captain who is respected on both sides of the Klingon-Federation war, D’Rek is most often seen enjoying blood wine and pestering his pals at every turn. D’Rek is loyal to his Empire but has quickly befriended our heroes due to his obsession with bravery and honor. This outspoken and distressingly direct Klingon has come to the aid of many of our favorite characters but seems to have a depressing and dangerous death wish. D’Rek may be a loyal supporter of his nation, but he is an enemy to house Duras, the ruling family of the Klingon Empire. There is a bounty on his head and investigators on his tail, yet he is too stubborn to ask for help. Something happened to D’Rek that he is too ashamed to speak of… something that involves House Duras, forbidden technology, and an unspeakable tragedy along the neutral zone. As D’Rek tries to drown his sorrows in a bottle of blood wine and fake a false front for his friends, the walls begin to close in and a long lost comrade desperately searches for him with a blood soaked data crystal that could change the balance of power forever…
Ja’Nei’s Journey
Many have seen the beautiful and exotic alien as she glistens and glides through the room with her loyal Vulcan companion N’Vara. Ja’Nei is a wondrous crystal creature from another galaxy whose mysterious powers, melodious voice and wind chime laughter light up any room she enters! However this unique soul has mysterious mental powers that are hard to control and leave most mystified. As her courage and curiosity draw her further into the dangers of this galaxy, she tries her best to balance the needs of her new found friends, her epic loneliness and her unpredictable powers. This wondrous woman also may be a harbinger for horrible things to come, as whatever darkness destroyed her galaxy may follow her and destroy ours…
